Program Goal

APG’s Leadership Formation Program builds leadership character and competencies for management of APG organizations.

  • If you are an employee of an APG organization, please reach to your supervisor for a nomination.

The structured process offers an engaging learning experience using many methodologies, activities, practical application, and assessments. Participants will deepen their self-awareness and ability to better serve their faith-based Anabaptist organizations.
